John Peacock is quitting Teekay Offshore Partners after well over a decade in the board room.
Peacock is retiring as a director and chair of the audit committee having been an ever-present since the company went public 13 years ago.
Bill Utt, chairman of the MLP, said Peacock had made significant contributions during his tenure.
William Transier, an independent advisor who co-founded Endeavour International, will fill the void.
