Danish giant AP Moller-Maersk is adding more logistics knowhow to its boardroom at a time Maersk Drilling is set to be spun-off.
Former TNT executive Bernard Bot and Marc Engel, who is credited with laying foundations for growth at Unilever, are both set to become directors of the Copenhagen-listed company.
