Okeanis Eco Tankers presented a positive picture for VLCC supply as it reported a small loss for the fourth quarter.
Okeanis is set to take delivery of eight VLCCs in the next few months and was the first public tanker company to target IMO 2020 with scrubbers to be fitted across its fleet.
