The Stena Sonangol Suezmax Pool has said IMO 2020 could provide a further boost for its suezmaxes after it enjoyed a strong finish to 2018.
"Opportunities exist from IMO 2020 disruption," the Swedish/Angolan joint venture said, with fleet capacity being reduced and expanding US exports providing supportive factors.
