Offshore shipping struggles have pushed Thoresen Thai Agencies (TTA) to a loss in the fourth quarter.
The bulker and OSV player said the net deficit to 31 December was THB 205.2m ($6.5m) against THB 253.9m in profit in the same period of 2017.
Revenue amounted to THB 3.9bn, up 10%.
The OSV division was hit by lower utilisation and a drydocking, it said.
