JR Shipping has sold another feeder containership to fast-growing Chinese owner Qingdao Pengteng International Ship Management.
The Hong Kong-based boxship start-up has bought the 1,050-teu Evolution (built 1996) for an undisclosed price and renamed it Bal Boan.
At the same time, Netherlands-based outfit JR Shipping has confirmed the acquisition of four ice-class feeder containerships that were reported sold in December for around $30m enbloc.
