The UK high court has upheld freezing orders against a Russian OSV owner in an ongoing legal battle with his former partner.
Judge Sonia Tolaney QC rejected an application by defendants Balfour Worldwide and Nikolay Sochin to discharge the 2018 worldwide orders.
The application was part of a wider dispute involving Sochin and former partner Nikolay Baranov over diverted charter payments.
