BW Group has closed the book on its takeover of Hafnia Tankers to create a future public company with more than 100 ships.
Privately-owned BW has a long-held ambition to list its product tanker fleet, while Hafnia has explored joining a major stock exchange in the past to provide liquidity for its investors.
