Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG) has signed its third LNG supply deal with the US as it looks to reduce its dependency on Russian gas.
The contract marks the formalisation of a deal first announced between the two companies in June of this year.
The state-owned Polish company has agreed a 20-year contract for the sales and purchase of 2mt of LNG per year from Sempra Energy.
