Braemar Shipping Services has appointed a permanent group finance director after Louise Evans left in June.
It said Nick Stone will join at a date yet to be confirmed in the second quarter of 2019.
Interim CFO James Hayward will leave after a handover period.
Stone is currently group CFO of The Appointment Group and has previously been a director of Hornby.
