Novatek says it will need to speed up construction of domestic LNG ship-to-ship transfer facilities after Oslo came in for criticism for allowing it to take place in Norwegian waters.
Company chairman Leonid Mikhelson said Norway had faced pressure from “other countries” for allowing the transfer of Yamal LNG, reported Reuters.
