TMS Cardiff Gas of Greece and Russia’s Sovcomflot (SCF Group) are being linked to time-charter business with Shell.
Industry sources said TMS Cardiff is in the process of locking away two of its eight LNG carrier newbuildings to the UK-Dutch energy major.
The Greek shipowner has listed eight LNG newbuildings in its fleet and indicated that the bulk of them are fixed against term business without giving any details.
