Ullman: scrubbers and LSFO should work in "good harmony"

Concordia Maritime CEO Kim Ullman has said he doesn't believe the recent scrubber debate should be a simple "good or bad" argument.

"My spontaneous reflection is that it should not be about 'for' or 'against' scrubbers," he told TradeWinds.

He added that the exhaust cleaners should work in "perfect, well at least good, harmony" with other alternatives that will help owners meet the IMO's 2020 low-sulphur fuel rules.
