Top Ships is issuing new shares worth $3m to an individual investor.
Nasdaq-listed Top printed 2 million new shares at $1.50 each as part of a securities purchase agreement.
Warrants for a further 3.5 million shares also form part of the transaction, organized by Maxim Group.
