The King and Queen of Norway looked on today in Shanghai as shipowner Trygve Seglem signed a letter of intent to build four new shuttle tankers with Cosco Shipping Heavy Industry (CSHI).
Seglem on behalf of Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers signed the agreement with vice president Zhao Zengshan of CHSI, where Seglem is an old customer.
