Columbia Gas of Massachusetts has chartered a cruiseship to house hundreds of workers brought in to restore gas services in the Merrimack Valley.
The 47,000-gt Grand Celebration (built 1987) will stay in Boston for about two months, owner Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line said, according to the Boston Globe.
Columbia Gas is trying to restore gas to about 8,600 customers by 19 November, using 3,000 workers.
