Hugo Wynn-Williams says the International Group of Protection and Indemnity Clubs is going through a period of “introspection” and is ready to make changes to benefit its shipowner members.
Commenting in group's annual review in his final year as chairman, Wynn-Williams says progress has been made in past months in taking on the concerns of shipowners that were revealed in a recent survey of members.
