Niels G. Stolt-Nielsen sees 'huge opportunity' for Avenir LNG

Niels G. Stolt-Nielsen has opened up on the huge opportunities Oslo-listed Stolt-Nielsen sees in the small-scale LNG market.

The Norwegian shipowner this week teamed up with compatriots Golar and Hoegh as co-investors in Avenir LNG.

The trio have invested $182m in the project, with strategic investors set to contribute a further $10m and an Oslo over the counter listing is expected soon.
