A tanker owned by Turkey's Palmali Shipping is to be auctioned next month in Estonia.
Broker Eggar Forrester said the 13,000-dwt Masalli (built 2007) will be sold on 31 October.
The shipowner, owned by tycoon Mubariz Mansimov, has been hit by vessel arrests in recent months.
The 19,800-dwt Natig Aliyev (built 2002) and the 19,800-dwt Bozdag (built 2002) have been held in Denmark and Estonia by Lukoil's trading unit Litasco and others over bunker and crew debts.
