Norwegian investor Christen Sveaas is taking full control of IM Skaugen (IMSK)'s Norgas Carriers.
He is installing two key executives from his holding company Kistefos in the chief executive and chairman roles at Norgas Carriers, ending speculation that there will be a continued role for Morits Skaugen in what is left of IMSK.
