A VLCC owned by a subsidiary of Evangelos Marinakis’ Capital Ship Management (CSM) has been released from arrest in South Korea after a court dismissed a claim from domestic owner SK Shipping.
Representatives for both CSM and SK Shipping confirm that the Seosan branch of the district court lifted the arrest of the 321,000-dwt Miltiadis Junior (built 2014).
Ship tracking data shows the tanker is heading for Fujairah in the Middle East, where it is expected to arrive during the first week of October.
