The UK offshore industry could be facing strike action in a row over pay.
The Unite union said it will ballot members over industrial action.
The vote will take place between 28 September and 2 November.
Unite members rejected a revised Offshore Contractors Association (OCA) offer covering overall pay, terms and conditions following a consultative ballot in July.
Negotiations with the OCA have been ongoing since January this year.
