Croatia's struggling Uljanik Group has drawn up a plan to sell off its 3 Maj yard to raise much-needed cash.
But the group said in a filing: "No formal steps in this regard will occur before the adoption of the restructuring programme in Uljanik Brodogradiliste [Uljanik Shipyard]."
It added that restructuring is taking place at Uljanik Shipyard, but not in the wider group.
