Kenneth Hvid, Teekay Corp’s chief executive, has been reappointed as a member of the board of directors, replacing finance chief Vince Lok.
Apart from Hvid, Bill Utt has also been roped in as a member of the board, Teekay LNG announced on 13 September.
Utt currently serves as the director and chairman of Teekay and Teekay Offshore.
