Bouchard Transportation's duo of 4,000-bhp tugboats will soon become a trio.
The New York-based tugboat owner has a entered a contract with VT Halter Marine's Pascagoula, Mississippi shipyard to build an articulated tug barge tugboat, to be named Evening Stroll.
The 112-foot vessel will be a sister tug to the company's Evening Star (built 2012) and Evening Breeze, also being constructed at Pacagoula.
