Trader and charterer Glencore has finalised its almost complete exit from Russian energy company Rosneft.
It has offloaded a 14.16% stake to a wholly owned subsidiary of Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) for EUR 3.7bn ($4.3bn).
Glencore now holds a direct equity stake in Rosneft of 0.57%, while QIA has 18.93%.
The deal sees the end of a consortium formed with QIA to invest in Rosneft.
