US-based OceanGate Expeditions has chartered an Island Offshore OSV to explore the wreck of the Titanic.
The Norwegian owner has been selected as its preferred partner and will provide a ship for the 2019 survey expedition in the North Atlantic.
OceanGate will also grant first right of refusal to Island Offshore on all deep sea expeditions over the next five years.
