NS Lemos-controlled Enesel is poised to secure time-charter cover for one of its four VLCC newbuildings.
Its 318,000-dwt Papalemos (built 2018) is set to join Vitol on a 12-month contract when it leaves Hyundai Heavy Industries in 2019, market sources say.
