Latvian Shipping Company (LSC) has expanded its tanker fleet with more new MR tonnage under full technical management.
It said its main shareholder Vitol, the shipping and trading giant, had handed over its 50,000-dwt Hyundai Mipo-built newbuilding Elandra Maple, plus the 50,000-dwt Elandro Corallo (built 2008).
In addition, UK owner Union Maritime placed two brand new MRs under its management: the 50,000-dwt Trent and Thames.
