Jinhui Shipping & Transportation has sold its third veteran supramax bulker in less than a month.
Jinhui offloaded the 52,961-dwt Jin Cheng (built 2003) for $8.7m, the company announced today. Jinhui had acquired the vessel in 2007.
The sale will result in a book gain of HKD 6m ($76,4370) for Jinhui, and delivery will take place between 2 August to 5 August.
