Rising fuel costs and charter expenses have dented second quarter profit at Samudera Shipping.
The Masli Mulia-led company saw new income slide to $800,000 in the period, down from $3.2m at the same stage in fiscal 2017.
It came despite revenue climbing from $97.9m to $104.2m year-on year aided by improved income from its container business.
