The owner of a Golden Union-operated bulker that kept breaking down off France has failed to overturn a salvage award to Five Oceans Salvage.

UK High Court judge Nigel Teare dismissed owner Navigator Spirit's claim that an appeal arbitrator made serious errors in assessing the case of the 81,000-dwt bulker Flag Mette (built 2016).
