Ezion Holdings has teamed up with Hong Kong-listed TSC Group Holdings in a joint venture specializing in liftboats.
The joint venture company will be established in Singapore and called Renergy Offshore. It aims to be “the world’s largest owner and operator of liftboats”.
Ezion will hold its stake in the company via Teras Investments, while TSC Group with control its stake via subsidiary Alliance Offshore Group.
