Belgian tanker giant Euronav now owns both the world's remaining ULCCs.
It has bought the 442,000-dwt Seaways Laura Lynn (built 2003) from Oceania Tanker Corporation, a subsidiary of US owner International Seaways, it said.
The deal was first reported in April at a price of $32.5m.
The huge vessel has been renamed Oceania and registered under the Belgian flag.
