Japan looks set to bring a claim of dumping and illegal state aid in the shipbuilding industry against South Korea to the World Trade Organization.
Several Japanese media outlets have reported that a decision has now been made to file a WTO application. But sources in Tokyo's civil servant district of Kasumigaseki played down the reports, telling TradeWinds that the matter is still under consideration.
