TOTE Maritime announced that several executives would be promoted following the appointment of its new chief executive.
TOTE, the Jones Act shipping unit of the Saltchuk conglomerate, said the current president of its Alaska service, Michael Noone, will become president of TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico.
Noone's appointment comes following the promotion of Tim Nolan, former head of the Puerto Rico business, to the chief executive role at TOTE Maritime, following the retirement of long-serving CEO Anthony Chiarello.
