Further acquisitions are expected in the wake of a deal that is bringing SSL Insurance Group and Endeavour Insurance Services together under the ownership of private equity venture JC Flowers & Co.
The aim is to multiply the brokerage of the combined SSL Endeavour operation fivefold in five years, according to Andrew Sturdy, joint chairman of the business alongside Endeavour chairman Chris Giles.
