Greece's Livanos Group is selling its oldest bulkers.
Brokers in the US and Europe said the shipowner has sold the 74,000-dwt Atlantic Hawk (built 2002) to a Chinese buyer for $9.5m.
The price is in line with market expectations when the vessel was put up for sale in January.
Alios Bulkers, the Livanos Group arm that controls the company's bulker fleet, did not reply to requests for comment.
