Swiss shipbroker Ifchor is expanding in the US with a new Seattle office.
The offshoot will be headed by Anthony Larson, who has worked for "prominent companies" over many years and brings with him a wealth of shipping experience, the company said.
The Seattle base will work closely alongside the New York office.
"This new presence will enable us to assist our array of clients for all their shipping needs from West Coast Americas and further enhance synergies with Pacific markets as a whole, Ifchor said.
