Italy's d’Amico Group is building a new digital operating centre in Rome for its fleet.
The tanker and bulker owner said it is teaming up with class society RINA and satellite company Telemar to increase data collection from its ships to boost performance and efficiency.
The project began this month and will be completed around the end of the year.
