Norwegian owner Ostensjo Rederi has secured three years of work for an offshore vessel.
It said the 4,000-dwt platform supply vessel (PSV) Edda Frende (built 2009) has been contracted for three years of firm work by Shell UK.
The deal starts this month. No rate has been reported.
The owner said: "Our first long-term contract with Shell UK started in 1977 and we will with this contract celebrate more than 40 years of uninterrupted contractual relationship with Shell UK."
