Norway-based DeepOcean has clinched a framework contract with Equinor for subsea services.
The company said the renamed Statoil had agreed to use its OSVs when needed over the next five years.
The award covers onshore project management and engineering and offshore operations. The deal starts in January.
Equinor has also signed similar deals with Norwegian compatriots Dof, Akastor and Reach Subsea in recent days.
