Adam Lemos-backed Unisea Shipping is said to have made its first move in the sale and purchase market this year.
The company, which has contracted tanker newbuildings during 2018, has now turned its attention to second-hand bulkers once again.
Shipbrokers say Unisea has bought the 83,000-dwt Golden Spring (built 2008) in a deal with Ta-Tong Marine of Taiwan.
