Coping with upheaval is nothing new for George Economou. It comes natural to a man who set out on his shipping career 42 years ago, with only a car and $400,000 in the bank to support a wife and two children.
“When you start with that kind of money and put all your capital at risk, you’re always anxious whether you will make it or not,” he tells TradeWinds in an interview in Athens.
