Chinese containership specialist Zhejiang Ouhua Shipbuilding has thrown in the towel and joined the list of Chinese shipyards that have gone bust.
The privately owned shipbuilding company filed for bankruptcy last week and its application is said to have been accepted by the Zhoushan Intermediate People’s Court.
“Ouhua is no longer in existence,” said one shipbuilding player.
