CSL Group says it will take a half stake in a cement shipping operation run by Cyprus-based SMT Shipping.
CSL Group will acquire a 50% stake of Eureka Shipping, SMT's pneumatic cement vessel business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The joint venture aims to combine the expertise, resources and technologies of CSL and SMT to expand services to customers in the seaborne cement powder and fly ash transportation markets.
