Francis Nolan, a maritime lawyer for four decades, is taking the helm at the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
Nolan, a lawyer and shareholder with US international business law firm Vedder Price, was elected president of the organisation today at its spring general meeting in New York City.
“ I’ve been an active member of the MLA for 43 years and have worked closely with its leadership for many years," he said.
