Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings reported a higher profit for the first quarter, thanks to a "stellar" wave season -- the cruise sector's first three months of the year.
The New York-listed company posted net income of $103.2m for the quarter, up from $91.2m a year earlier. Total revenue gained 12.4% to $1.3bn.
"The year is off to an impressive start with yet another record quarter of earnings, which exceeded expectations," chief executive Frank Del Rio said.
