Norden is keeping an eye open for further product tanker purchases while winding down its none-core bulker fleet.
The Danish owner this week added two MR vessels, to continue a growth effort in tankers, and confirmed the sale of three bulkers.
While the two tankers were not mentioned by name in the company’s first-quarter report, TradeWinds reported on Monday that the vessels involved were the 51,300-dwt Marianne Kirk and Anja Kirk (both built 2009) from compatriot Kirk Kapital.
