Bulker owners H-Line Shipping and Polaris Shipping are looking to float their companies on the Korea Exchange during the second half of this year.
Shipping players say H-Line has engaged Mirae Asset Daewoo and NH Investment & Securities as underwriters for an initial public offering, while Polaris has renewed its efforts to list by employing Mirae Asset Daewoo.
Shipping sources said H-Line’s original plan was to apply for the listing this month but that it has deferred the move until summer.
